I wanted to thank you for installing the boiler in October of 2009. I have seen my rates go down and decrease by an average of 25%. When we first met I was a little apprehensive on trying a new system. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the product that you provided. I know the building at 31 E Garfield is a difficult building to heat. It consists of 73 units in five different buildings which was difficult to heat with my old system ..
