The Rayes Boiler Firebox Series is fully packaged and engineered for maximum energy efficiency at minimal cost, making it an ideal solution for retrofitting or upgrading existing boiler rooms.

Competitively priced and designed to fit through 32” doorways, the Firebox Series eliminates the challenges of on-site assembly and costly building alterations. This allows customers to retain their existing boiler setup, avoiding expensive removal costs. Designed to accommodate any standard burner, the top-front installation ensures enhanced heat transfer and optimal performance.

The concave bottom design effectively collects mud and sludge along the boiler’s interior walls, making maintenance and washouts quick and efficient. Front and rear hinged doors provide easy access, allowing technicians to clean the tubes effortlessly. Restoring the boiler’s original efficiency takes
only minutes.

Manufactured for low-pressure applications at 15 PSI for steam and 30 PSI for hot water, the Firebox Series is built for reliable performance and minimal maintenance costs. Each unit meets ASME code requirements and is listed by the National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessels for safety and quality assurance.
